Add HTTP support for Integration Control Plane

Current Limitation

There is customer requirement from Choreo side to supports HTTP while serving ICP. Currently Choreo only supports HTTP communication between pods within the cluster. However, ICP is exposed as HTTPS by default, making it incompatible for deployment on Choreo. We need to add support for exposing ICP over HTTP to address this limitation.

Suggested Improvement

Add a HTTP configuration to serve over HTTP
