[CDSToolkit][ConsentMgr] - Difference Between OB2 and CDS Toolkit Consent Manager

Description:

Following differences are observed in OB2 and CDS Toolkit Consent Manager Portal

1. Complaint Handling URL is removed from OB3. But it is there in OB2.

2. Service Provider and User Id columns which were there in OB2 consent manager page are removed from OB3.
3. Consents are divided in Individual and Business in OB2 which is not in OB3.

4. In OB2, the filter options are Software Product, Account Id, etc. In OB3 the filter options changed to Service Provider and Consent Id.

5. Primary Accounts and Secondary Accounts are listed separately in OB2. But in OB3 all the accounts displaying together.

6. Highlighted statement is not added to OB3.

7. Accounts list is not available in the downloaded document of withdrawn consents. But it is available in OB2.
