Current Limitation

When a document is added, removed, or updated, it is not recorded in the Audit log file as an update to the API. It is recorded only in the access logs because these actions occur through REST APIs.

Suggested Improvement

The Audit logs need to be enhanced to capture actions such as adding, removing, or updating documents attached to an API.
