Tag-Based API Search with Space Characters Not Working in WSO2 APIM Dev Portal

Description

The tag-based API search functionality in the WSO2 API Manager Dev Portal does not support tags containing spaces. This behaviour is observed in WSO2 APIM-4.2.0 and newer versions. This issue affects the usability of tag-based categorisation and search in the Dev Portal, making it difficult for users to find APIs associated with such tags.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an API in APIM-4.2.0 and assign a tag with spaces, e.g., Sample API or Sample API - New.
2. Navigate to the Dev Portal.
3. Attempt to search for the API using the tag in the format:
   • tag:Sample API
   • tag:Sample API - New
4. Observe that no results are returned for the search operation.
