Spectral implementation in Java

Problem

The APIM governance feature requires Spectral engine to be running in the Java environment, and it needs to interpret spectral rulesets and validate yaml or json documents.

Proposed Solution

Since the Spectral implementation is open source, we can write out own version in Java
