Error Count is Inaccurate in OpenSearch Dashboards

Description

Although the AI API has received multiple error request, the error count is shown as 0 in the overview dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Send an erroneous request to the AI API (e.g., attempt to call a non-existent model using the OpenAI API).
2. In the OpenSearch dashboards, check the error count card in the overview dashboard.
