If Alias are not changed for client certificates but certificate file(or names)s are changed, apictl won’t update certificates content after importing API with update flag

Steps to reproduce

Publish Pizzashack and add client certificates with alias “test” and a certificate (let’s say cert1.crt)
Download Pizzashack API and get the zip file
Now remove Previous cert and add a new certificate with “test” alias and different certificate (let’s say cert2.crt)
Download Pizzashack API and get the zip file
Remove Pizzashack from publisher
Import first downloaded zip file using apictl
Import second downloaded zip file using apictl with –update flag
