Analysis is incorrect for /ServiceProviderConfig #11

According to RFC 7643,the field name is specUri, not specURI as shown in the error report. In addition, the field is designated as optional.

looks like this is an issue with:

			<groupId>org.wso2.charon</groupId>
			<artifactId>org.wso2.charon3.core</artifactId>

org.wso2.charon3.core.schema.SCIMConstants

I'll see about submitting an issue there
