Patch Operation displayName ADD/ REPLACE value

1. The PATCH operation of role management has three operations ADD, REMOVE and REPLACE.
2. Since, the values are passed as an array, when PATCHing the displayName it has to be passed like that.
3. But, since the displayName is a single value it should be passed as a string. But now it has been passed as a value inside an array.
