Allow to view quests based on other address

Right now you can only view the score from your connected address.
It would be easier to get the results from an address without connecting.
This allows you to quickly check all your addresses or even check someone else's address.

E.g. can use the following url structure
https://www.poc.quest/developer-dao?address={address}

You would still need to connect an account to potentially claim any rewards.
