mysql.connector.errors.InterfaceError: 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost:3306'

I use the eth0 ip of wsl2 , it works.

but another ubuntu mysql instance support 'localhost' connect

I submit a issure : #5658 in microsoft/WSL

response said that: Deleted template. If it is working in ubuntu not centos the problem is almost certainly in userspace not WSL.
