Need polygon lat long for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico

Hi Vincent,

I came across your mapping article with python here http://wrobstory.github.io/2013/04/python-maps-choropleth.html. And I'm looking for smaller size Alaska polygon co-ordinates as showing up in your map. I also need to make guam and puerto rico larger than its original size than it appears on the world map and I'm looking for the co-ordinates for them as well. Could you provide me the latitude longitude for all the four non conus states Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. It would be great if you could also let me know how to rescale them using python?
