Duplicate css imports are unnecessary and can be introduced accidentally.
For instance:
a.css
|
-> @import lib.css
b.css
|
-> @import lib.css
<group name="g1">
<css>/a.css</css>
<css>/b.css</css>
</group>
As a result of g1 group processing, the lib.css will be imported twice.
Allow duplicate css imports detection and warn the user about them.
