Edit the README and link to https://www.wptide.org/services/api#endpoints
compare the existing API documentation to what’s actually available in the API codebase and calling out (and even better fixing) where there are discrepancies

Per bugscrub today, we're keeping this in the 1.0.0 release. The readme is missing or misleading with some info, let's fix that.
