I am looking into adding to Wikidata the licensing info that the bot has gathered. Is there a straightforward way to crawl through the bot's subdirectories to assemble a CSV with one column for PMCID, the other for license?
I could then translate that info into statements on the Wikidata items with those PMCIDs.
