http://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/eutils/efetch.fcgi?db=pmc&id=PMC1289384 has and sections that have not been converted properly. I am not sure what the best way to convert that is, but I just gave it a manual shot via https://en.wikisource.org/w/index.php?title=Wikisource%3AWikiProject_Open_Access%2FProgrammatic_import_from_PubMed_Central%2FBioinformatics_Education%E2%80%94Perspectives_and_Challenges&diff=4983755&oldid=4983741 .

PMC converts <fn-group> into a Footnotes section, and <glossary> into an Abbreviations section (cf. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1289384/ ). I think we should do that too.

Another example for fn-group:
