Describe the current behavior in detail

Environment:

• OS: macOS Sequoia 15.3.1
• Wallets: Continue with Apple, Continue with Google
• Browser: Google Chrome Version 133.0.6943.143 (Official Build) (x86_64)
• https://preview.portalbridge.com/385ec74b06/

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Initiate a transfer of 0.000011 M from Arbitrum to wM on Optimism
2. Complete the transaction successfully
3. Check the transaction history for the destination token display

Expected Result: The transaction history should accurately reflect the destination token as wM.

Actual Result: The transaction history erroneously shows the destination token as M instead of wM.
