[QA] "Error with transfer, please try again" warning is still shown when source wallet is disconnected

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://deploy-preview-3330--wormhole-connect-mainnet.netlify.app/.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send 0.0014 USDC from Aptos ("Connect with Google" wallet) to Solana (Phantom)
2. Click on "Confirm transaction" button
3. Click on "Approve" button in Aptos notification (actual result: Transaction fails with timed out error)
4. Close Aptos notification
5. Click on Aptos address
6. Disconnect the wallet
7. Check if "Error with transfer, please try again" notification is displayed when source wallet is disconnected.

Actual result: "Error with transfer, please try again" warning is displayed.
Expected result: "Error with transfer, please try again" warning is not displayed.
