[QA] Warning "output amount is much lower than input amount" briefly appears when changing amount

Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://portalbridge.com/.

Steps:

1. Prepare to send USDC from Base (MetaMask) to Solana (Phantom)
2. Enter amount, in my case 130
3. Change amount several times, I change the amount to 150 and then to 130
4. Check if warning "output amount is much lower than input amount" appears

Actual result: Warning "output amount is much lower than input amount" briefly appears.
Expected result: Correct state is shown.

Issue was reproducible for "Mayan Swift", "Mayan MCTP" and "Mayan Shuttle Beta" routes on Feb 28.
