Great project. Please implement a "no-repeat-until-all-pictures-used" feature

Please implement a "no-repeat-until-all-pictures-used" feature. What i meant is, say there are 100 photos. First use all 100 photos uniquely and then later in next round fill again with all 100 photos. So this way all 100 photos will be almost-equally utilised.

I am trying this in my own project. Hopefully if i succeed in making it, i will share any loopholes or issues/solutions i run into
