📄 설명

네트워크 연결이 오프라인일 경우 현재는 아무 처리가 되어있지 않습니다. 따라서 오프라인일 때 네트워크 요청을 날리는 경우 무한 로딩이 발생하고 있는 상태인데요.

사용자에게 현재 네트워크 오프라인 상태임을 알리기 위해 오프라인 상태가 되면 토스트를 띄워주도록 합니다.
