This PR updates the bot so that it can roll seeds for the S7 Tournament using the S7 build. This is done using the
!s7command, which may be modified to include Runners' Agreements. Example usage is!s7 4rbm+nosword.Runners' Agreements are no longer usable on S6 seeds. Additionally, my outdated dev build has been removed.
