Feature Request: Print the responsible feed identifier/id/url on error

When an error occurs, such as "60 second timeout exceeded" the only text printed is that, and contains no information as to which feed produced the error. It's not until I run r2e with -V[erbose] that I can find out which feed has a problem.

If this issue is still relevant to you, and not fixed with v3.12.2, could you please reopen the issue there?
