Automated disambiguation pages

Will require a custom plugin no doubt but have the disambiguation records created automatically.

1. Multiple records specify an inflection
2. This is picked up and a page is created from it
3. These inflections are then removed / disabled during the build so not to confuse in-book lookup

Will need to implement a short attribute for records, a one sentence summary of the record, and order to order items in a disambiguation (for example for Jon, Jon Snow should be the first on the list, followed by Arryn, followed by the rest)
