User Story:
As a project team member, I need to create tracking and reporting functionality for e-learning progress in Odoo's Learning Module so that learners and managers can track and monitor progress on e-learning courses. To complete this task, I will need to identify the necessary functionality, design and develop the required features, and test the functionality to ensure that it is functioning correctly.

Success Criteria:

  • Tracking and reporting functionality for e-learning progress is successfully created in Odoo's Learning Module.
  • The data should be aligned with the data structure to WizeOs/Capacity planning Data Governance models
  • Learners and managers can track and monitor progress on e-learning courses
  • Progress data is displayed accurately in Odoo's Learning Module
  • Reports can be generated on e-learning progress for individual learners and groups of learners
  • Reports can be shared with elected stakeholders with personalized views
  • The functionality is tested and functioning correctly
  • The project team can verify that the tracking and reporting functionality is accurate and useful for monitoring e-learning progress.
  • The database must complain with the Federal law (data protection)

Tasks:

  • Research and identify necessary tracking and reporting functionality for e-learning progress in Odoo's Learning Module
  • Design the necessary features for tracking and reporting e-learning progress.
  • Align the database design with the data structure to WizeOs/Capacity planning Data Governance models.
  • Implement Metadata to the courses to identify skills developed and Skills in development.
  • Develop the necessary features for tracking and reporting e-learning progress in Odoo
