Allow configuration of ignored directories/files for astro check

Background & Motivation

astro check outputs very verbose hints for various playwright traces in my directory.

Astro check should ignore the playwright-report directory, but I can't configure it to ignore that directory.

You can do that right now. The check command follows your tsconfig (much like tsc), so you can add things to the exclude setting.
