Add Incremental Static Regeneration in local?

I want to know if there are 10,000 articles and I have built these article pages. When I add an article, can I only build this article without building other articles again.
There used to be a contentCollectionsCache parameter, but it was removed
I may be able to use ISR (Incremental Static Regeneration) but it must be used in vercel, I expect to use it locally

This isn't currently possible when running astro build. Content collections now include a default caching mechanism (replacing the old experimental contentCollectionsCache option), but like that option this only impacts content bundling not the actual page builds. That still means subsequent builds should be faster but only at the bundling step, not during page rendering.

Generally locally you would run astro dev to get a quickly updating server and then only run astro build once you're ready to build everything.

I really look forward to supporting this in the future. If it can be supported, then large websites can also use astro, which would be great.
