Internal state (e.g. reservation views) is not removed at logout

Currently, if the user logs out the WiseGui will keep it's state and thereby keeps all garbage in memory. Either realize the logout in a way that a browser reload after it will automatically result in garbage collection or do it "manually" by listening on the logout event.
