[FR] Support for reading SP Key from env #30

Keys are sensitive, having them in a plain file can be an issue, specially if it's in git or a big server with large attack surface.

SP Keys are interesting because you can reuse it, so we can take over SAML_KEY and use that if the key is not define in config.
