Update plugin to support Navbar color

Hello.
This plugin works great for updating the app background color on startup. Great job!!
On the plugin todo list, i notice there are plans to add support for changing the navbar color as well; this addition would be excellent. Would really love to see this.
Please any timeline on when this feature will be implemented?

Hi @writeosahon,

We don't have any timeline as to when we'll get to that update, but I still definitely want to do it at some point. We'd probably have to rename this plugin to something more fitting if we go ahead and add more such options to it.

For now, we're using cordova-plugin-recentscontrol to control the header color in the multitasking view and the standard status bar plugin for the status bar. We haven't been experimenting with the navbar yet, though.

Pull requests are welcome if you want to look into this. It should really just be a matter of adding another line or so into the theme XML file that is generated by this plugin: https://stackoverflow.com/a/27839184
