Incompatible with Autopsy 4(.1.0) #2

The precompiled plugin does not install on Autopsy 4.1.0
Apparently it requires Autopsy-Core version 13 (and only 13 it seems...)

I hate to say it but it seems this plugin is dead... It happens with OS projects alas.
