Register page card sizing is different?

Describe the bug
After comparing it to previous Moove versions, it seems that the card sizing is different on the latest 4.5.1 version?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the login page (/login/index.php)
2. Click on ' Create new account' (/login/signup.php)

Expected behavior
Card sizing should be the same as previous versions.
