[Suggestion] Water walking ability and means to get small amount of blood from raw meats

Two suggestions, one is a water-walking ability, unlocked at the altar, when on top of water you could hold sneak to sink. The other, a way to somehow process raw meat into a small amount of blood, as an alternate source (though, of course, would not be a very good one).
