Remove blocked users from author list

Author lists include previous authors whose accounts have been blocked as "Blocked Accounts". It would be better if these blocked authors were simply removed from any author lists, since their edits are presumably reverted anyway.

In general, edits that were removed should not lead to inclusion in the author list for that pathway. Might be harder to check since same (not blocked) user may have made other edits

Perhaps we can overcome this, by using the same strategy as proteopedia?
