Reported in whole-tale/wt-design-docs#129

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to the WholeTale Dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Beside Dataverse or Zenodo, click "Connect Account"
  4. Choose a Resource Server, enter an API key, and submit the form
  5. Repeat for all Zenodo and/or Dataverse resource servers

Expected Results
"Connect Account" button should be disabled after all available resource servers have been connected

Actual Results
"Connect Account" button is still clickable, and opens a non-functioning modal
