The ICD Schema documentation says “Additional information or guidelines provided to the user to be used during the ICD coding process. CodingNote is used in ICD-11 whereas note and codingHint are used for ICD-10.” However, some Foundation entities (e.g., Pregnancy, childbirth or the puerperium) has Conding Hint information that is propagated to MMS.

The ICD-10-related coding properties are not needed anymore. Even the ICD 10 code property is not needed. We will drop all properties that are in the current iCAT, tab "ICD-10 Notes and Hints"
As noted in my earlier comment, current iCAT Coding Hint information is propagated to ICD-11 and (1) is visible in the WHO ICD-11 MMS browser (2) is in the "codingHint" annotation property of the whofic-date.owl file. There is no "CodingNote" annotation property in the whofic-date.file. It is not clear that how "codingHint" and "note" information should be migrated to "codingNote" if an entity has values for both annotation properties.
