Skill queue and t3 strategic cruiser

Can we add skill training queue? And t3 Strategic cruiser can't be show at fleet ships part. And fleet.tab.php pve part bugged i change and fix it but still t3 strategic problem.

I could be this is only going to work for another couple of months before CCP kills the old API. There is also a small disagreement between me and CCP involving the new api so I am not porting jackknife to the new api but maybe someone will.
