Dynamic page matching

When you go to a page on the wiki that doesn't exist, there should be a series of mutations that try to find a matching page. Adding an "s" for plural, removing an "s", partial matches of the string you typed. Then of course you'd need some sort of indication that you were redirected so you could go back to the original URL if you wanted to make a new page.

Oh also page URLs should have whitespace stripped and matched regardless of hyphenation or underscores.
