Why is this happening? I don't know!

I've experienced it with images from the Wetfish Matrix server, Max-P's server, and just now on this random site: https://javascriptwtf.com/assets/the-javascript-trinity.jpg

inode/x-empty: Unsupported format! Please use: jpg, gif, png, webm, gifv, mp4, or ogv

What is causing it? I don't know!!

After the latest updates to the new production server this issue seems to be partially resolved. The first three example images provided were all able to load properly, however files hosted on wikipedia are still returning the inode/x-empty error. 🤔
