Request - [DataTable]: [Server side processing]

Hello

I'm working on a project where our team needs to pull information into our data table from our server in sorted order. WET helps us to sort the information we received, but if our data table, let's say, has x amount of information, it only sorts that x amount of information in the front-end, but the data set needs to change according to sort criteria using the whole dataset (including server side data). Is there any WET feature I can use to do it, or do I have to pull information manually then sort it?
