Add a pure Scala implementation of the SRDF interface

An example of a change will be that methods like:

def triplesWithSubject(n: RDFNode): Either[String,Set[RDFTriple]]

will now be:

def triplesWithSubject(n: RDFNode): EitherT[IO, Throwable, LazyList[RDFTriple]]

or even better:

def triplesWithSubject(n: RDFNode): EitherT[IO, Throwable, Stream[IO,RDFTriple]]
