Hi, I am using the annotation of ENCODE cCREs provided in UCSC table browser for HG38.
However, some of these elements are not present in SCREEN registry3.
EXAMPLE 1- here's an example element that I couldn't find in SCREEN using either the ID or the genomic coordinates.
I was also not able to access registry2 that the search page tried to redirect me to. I got "bad gateway" message for this link.
EXAMPLE 2- here's an example element that I couldn't find in SCREEN using the ID.
For the second example, search using the genomic coordinates led to an enhancer with a different ID but overlaps the one I originally searched for.
What I can do to the corresponding information accurately for these missing IDs from SCREEN?
Thanks.
