Provide a method to remove the tooltip in the WYSIWYG. Users can currently add a tooltip but can't delete it without having to delete the words/phrase it's attached to.

Provided an extra toolbar button for ckeditor to remove formatting. Applied this to the full html input format and exported via CMI.
