.popup > a link error when using jQuery

The HTML generated for close button is wrong.

My fix is to change the quotes used on line 34 of elements\popup.ctp from:
$onclick = '$("' . $onclick_pre . $id . '").hide(); return false;';
to:
$onclick = "$('" . $onclick_pre . $id . "').hide(); return false;";
