Vimeo Download Video button working incorrectly #173

While testing changes for webrecorder/wabac.js#134 I noticed that the download button doesn't seem to work correctly on Vimeo.

Here's an archive I created using the ArchiveWeb.Page extension: vimeo-test.wacz.zip

In the screenshot below you'll notice the download failed:

Even though if I specifically view the file, it'll download correctly as expected:
