选择绑定OneNote后, 跳转到微软登录
选择账号登录后, 跳转到空白页, 没有绑定成功

同样问题，尝试禁止其他插件（隐私模式）也是跳转到空页，地址栏无连接为空

Same thing, can not bind one note account, after login shows empty screen
