Differing numbers of "unexpected results" from mach logger #50233

I don't have any easy repro steps here, but the mach logger is giving:

Expected results: 276
Skipped: 6 tests
Unexpected results: 91
  test: 24 (3 crash, 3 error, 8 fail, 10 timeout)
  subtest: 67 (32 fail, 32 notrun, 3 timeout)

and:

10:41.88 INFO Got 51 unexpected results, with 0 unexpected passes

These are logically inconsistent. Do we have 91 unexpected results or 51?
