In web-platform-tests/interop#209, @tantek suggested changing the order of the sections in the Interop 2022 dashboard, to make the investigation efforts more prominent. Filing this issue for discussion.

My own view is that we should consider this when designing the Interop 2023 dashboard, and then probably make the same change to 2022, after 2022 is over.

Should probably be closed as the refactoring of the dashboard for Interop-2023 changed that (unfortunately, it also changed the scores for Interop-2022 as it moved that dashboard to apply the 2023 algorithm)
