As a user I would like to be able to see the diff for a resource

Flux can show the diff between git and the real state of the resource https://fluxcd.io/docs/cmd/flux_diff_kustomization/

As a user we need sometimes to be able to see the diff before activating the synchronisation.
We need to do it in day 2 operations when things went wrong so we do not have the choice but make manually operation directly to the cluster.

Acceptance criteria

• displays if there are any diff in the cluster
• displays the diff of resource
