Short description
As a user I should be able to set the the admin user secret name and namespace to avoid naming collisions or install the UI in non-standard namespaces

Acceptance criteria

  • I can set flags/environment variables to configure the namespace the secret is in and what it's called.
  • the flags are reflected in the helm chart's values.yaml and admin-user.yaml
